Table of Contents
1. Call-out in an
audible voice
2. Do not
try to train everyone to work up front
3.
Start with the 3 Questions, add the rest as you go
4. Take away the fear
from the Workers
5. Dealing with disappointment
1. Call -out in an audible
voice
The person using the 3+3+3= Seated Method in the front of the booth must
call out to people passing by with the first question. The public will
try to dodge. In most events, workers are not allowed to go outside the
booth to hand out tracts or stop prospects. He or she must call out in
a voice level to go with the ambient noise level. Not to loud, not too
soft.

2. Do not
try to train every one to work up front
It is best to have only 1 or 2 working up front and the rest waiting
for prospects to be seated.
This helps ...
* people to volunteer to work in the booth
* keep prospects from being accosted by too many anxious workers
* the ones who are better at seating people to do most of the seating -
eliminating the problem of using your better up-front (shift leaders) as
soul winners

3. Start
with the 3 Questions, add the rest as you go
Do not attempt to employ everything on the video the first time out.
Nail down the first part (3+3+3=Seated). Then begin adding the other as
you go. You want your training session to be simple ...
* Only 3 Questions must be memorized
* Only the 3 Doors must be familiarized

4. Take away the fear
from the Workers
Spend the rest of the training session putting the majority of the
people at ease. You are going to the Event to spread the Gospel, but
the most immediate result will be the encouragement and evangelistic
growth the average person will receive. So get as many in the booth as
possible to do the witnessing and let the shift leaders send them
prospects.

5. Dealing with disappointment
Do not set expectations for receiving new church members.
Not even ...
* "If we only get one family ..."
* "If only one person gets saved ..."
Because if neither of the above does not takes place, people will be
disappointed.
Make the expectation attainable.
* "We can only tell people how to be saved, God must do the saving, in
His good time, at His good pleasure. So, if we get out a good number of
tracts and tell the old, old story, we have done a great job, all that
we could."
We need to take them as far as they will go ...
* if possible through the Bible verses
* if possible through the prayer
* if possible through the warning of insincerity
* if possible through the assurance
* if possible through the introduction to others in the booth
* if possible through the presentation of the church
But, if they only sit down for a minute and then make an excuse to
leave, that soul winner has victory! He took the person as far as he
could.
I know I am preaching to the choir, but sometimes it is easy to lose
sight of the goal.
Am sending a copy of this note to Missionary ______ ______, the Regional
Director in your area for Amazing Grace Mission. He is very helpful.
