No, I am not Involved
in Prayer

It is not a job
Most consider prayer as a chore, one of life's tasks, to be performed out of duty.  A payback for being saved.

In actuality, prayer is for our own benefit.

James 4:2 "... ye have not, because ye ask not."

Prayerless Paupers
We are missing out on a great deal from God, because we do not go to Him and tell Him what we need and want to do.

James 1:5 "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."

Matt 7:7 "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:"
Matt 7:8 "For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."

God already knows your needs, but He wants you onboard with Him in the matter.

Of course, there is a lot more, but begin at the beginning and follow through.
