What are the
Soul Winner's
Scriptures or Verses?

The Lord can use almost anything to bring the lost to Jesus, but we should endeavor to find the best Bible verses possible

We have categorized the following verses so you can use the ones that speak to you.  But, by all means, be sure the verse says what you think it says.

There are many good verses in the Old Testament, but we are going to limit our search mostly to the New Testament, because most soul winners carry only a New Testament.

Longer passages are more difficult to handle with people whose attention span is very narrow.

Suggested Prayers

Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour.

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.”

"Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I do not deserve eternal life. But, I believe You died and rose from the grave to make me a new creation and to prepare me to dwell in your presence forever. Jesus, come into my life, take control of my life, forgive my sins and save me. I am now placing my trust in You alone for my salvation and I accept your free gift of eternal life."

Dear Heavenly Father,
I realize that I am a sinner and that I need you. I am sorry for the wrong I have done. Please forgive me for my sins. I believe that You lived, died, and rose again to wash my sins away forever and ever. Come into my life. Give me the strength to tell my family and friends what I have prayed today. In Jesus Christ's Name I pray. Amen!

"God, I recognize that I have not lived my life for You up until now. I have been living for myself and that is wrong. I need You in my life; I want You in my life. I acknowledge the completed work of Your Son Jesus Christ in giving His life for me on the cross at Calvary, and I long to receive the forgiveness you have made freely available to me through this sacrifice. Come into my life now, Lord. Take up residence in my heart and be my king, my Lord, and my Savior. From this day forward, I will no longer be controlled by sin, or the desire to please myself, but I will follow You all the days of my life. Those days are in Your hands. I ask this in Jesus' precious and holy name. Amen."

"Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be."
