How Workers fit in
Workers are half of the Team Soul Winning method.  Shift Leaders make up the other half.
* The Shift Leader finds prospects using the 3+3+3 = Seated method and seats them in front of a Worker for a witness.
* Workers witness to seated prospects using the Witness Pamphlet or another church approved plan.
* The Public Event Director supervises everyone involved in booth work, but works in the booth as either a Shift Leader or Worker.
