Classroom Training is not needed

The Shift Leader must understand there are a few things to NOT DO.  Everything else is simply working the 3 Doors and 3 Questions.  This usually requires about an hour in a special meeting, for the Shift Leader to ask questions and learn how to guide the Workers in the booth.  Very little time is needed for how to deal with prospects.  This eliminates a lot of pressure.

The Worker needs no classroom time at all.  Many Workers can be adequately prepared at a single regularly scheduled church service.  Most of the time spent will be for encouragement.  There is very little training.
