Meeting Objections
Using
the "3 Questions"
Objection:
"I am working on it."
Meeting the objection:
"We are not asking you hurry
yourself along to do something, but if we could show you what the
Bible says about how to be born again, you sure would like to see
it, wouldn't you?"
We also usually add this last line
for clarification.
"Remember, we are not asking you
to be born again, but just see it, what would it hurt?"
Again the prospect thinks we are
trying push them to church or baptism or some religious act.
Make certain they understand we only want to SHOW them what it takes
to be born again. Of course, when we show them, and they
understand, we lead them to a prayer, etc. I have never had a
person point out that I was suppose to only SHOW it to them.
