Take an Interest

Generally warm up to Prospects by becoming concerned
* Become interested in the prospect's interests. 

Do not ask a lot of questions to gain information on the prospect.  They will see through this and resent the questioning.

* Develop a true interest in the person.
   - their cares
   - their problems
   - their needs
* Become a good listener, but first open up the prospect with a few questions, then let them talk.
* Kindly make ...
