Connecting with Workers

Shift Leaders and Workers Preparation
Ask everyone working in the booth to be ready with some questions and statements for prospect introductions.

Encourage Shift Leaders and Workers to ...
* to sit them down to talk
* go behind the booth
* buy them a soft drink

Pastors should be working in the booth as much as possible.  He can lead and teach by example with hands-on training.  Very few of these types of opportunities occur anywhere else, where the Pastor, student and prospect are all together.

Most Pastors will not work in the booth, because the do not want their members to know they are not good soul winners or disciplers.  Two alternatives present themselves:
* Resign and make someone a good member
* Let everyone know that all of you are learning together and take the lead in this opportunity for maturity

Everyone gets better with this as more experience is obtained.
