Appreciation Card
Public Event Booth Form
*
Keep it handy
As people pass by the booth, there will be a good number who will stop and let their appreciation be made know to people in the booth.
Tell them, that they may be surprised to know that not everyone sees the community benefit in having the booth at their hometown event. Some even complain. Then ask if they would be willing to fill out a form expressing their appreciation for the booth. They may put as little or as much as they like.
Then, if they agree, supply them with a form and pen. Everyone that is appreciative will be willing to complete the form.

Turn it in
At the end of each day, or when the person responsible for the booth area is to leave, take the forms to them. I usually say something like the following ...
"You may get some complaints during these events, but I have good news. These are some kind notes from people in the community who expressed appreciation for our booth. Hope you will have the ime to read them."
Most will read them on the spot, when they get them for the first time.
