The single problem
The challenge we face
* in every nation
* in every state
* in every city
is the lack of laborers

There is bound to be a multitude of reasons why churches will not get involved in public event soul winning, because so many of them decline, but are there any valid ones?

Join us
Petition the Father for laborers. 

Incidentally, we are not looking for helpers. 
We do not need help in doing what we do.  We do need people to come and do what we do.  If they cannot witness, we can train them to evangelize in a very short time. 
* This is not an exaggeration
* This is not said to solicit volunteers
We say this because it is the truth.

Imagine this
Workers who Soul Win in our booths, only Witness to prospects who have ASKED TO SEE how to be born again (saved, receive eternal life, forgiven forever).

Watch this closely
Picture you and a friend at a county fair.  Someone walks by and your friend asks in a polite and non-confrontational manner, if he or she is saved.  The person says no.  Your friend says if it could be shown to them, they would like to see it.  They agree.  Would you want to show the prospects how to be saved?

Of course, you would like to do it.  Especially if you had a Witness Pamphlet, which could be read to the prospect.

Remember, they did not ask to be saved. 
They simply asked to see what it takes to be saved.  So, if all you could do was show it to them, you would be doing an excellent job.  Really, this is all any of us can do is show people how to be saved.  God has to do the saving.  Our job is to do the showing, the telling.  If they want to pray, and ask the Lord to save them, fine.  If not, fine, too.  You would present an opportunity right out of the Witness Pamphlet for them to pray.  But, they have a free will and we respect it, even God respects it.
* Can you imagine anything simpler?
* Can you conjure anything less threatening?
* Can you fathom anything less frightful?
* Can you envision anything more effective?

We train The Worker - You!
* how to use the Witness Pamphlet or something similar
* how to close with a Prayer, if the prospect so deems
* how to retain contact info for follow-up

We train the Shift Leader - Your Friend (in example)
* how to Greet
* how to Meet
* how to Seat prospects to whom you will read the
   Witness Pamphlet
This is accomplished with
* a 3 Door Board
* 3 Questions
* and inside of 3 minutes, a witness is well underway

Public Event Soul Winning Benefits ...

* the mature Saint (this is obvious, also)

We could list every religion known to man, including Christians, because certainly there are people in everyone of them who are not saved.  Being in a religion does not save.

Also, please note carefully what the above questions asks, "Are you looking for a way to witness ... "  It does not ask if you are looking for a way to save them.  A witness is all any of us can do.  God must do the saving.

* We do not attempt to match wits.  Most everyone is smarter than we are.
* We do not attempt to find just the right verse.  God can take some of the most obscure verses and use them very effectively.
* We do not attempt to reason.  This appeals to the mind, God must touch their heart.
* We do not attempt cover them up with verses. 

Note that the whole witness centers around:
* Man must see himself as a sinner and in need of Jesus as Personal Saviour
* Man must see Jesus as His Personal Saviour.  Not as A Saviour or THE Saviour or as one of the Saviours.

God can use this to convict and save the lost.
