This is a typical Booth for outdoors
10 x 10 canopy
Notice the uneven ground is compensated by the canopy legs.  The banner is not necessary unless the Event Committee requires one.  When the sides are half way down, privacy is available as well as ventilation.
A canopy can be purchased at Sam's Club or Costco. Weights are not shown.  There should be something on each leg. 

2 Counseling tables have been added with skirts.  The white board uprights on the tables were used to hole supplies.
Do not neglect to put skirts on the tables for dress and modesty.  These are vinyl and can be wiped with a damp cloth.

6 chairs are placed here.  Notice the Soul Winners are facing out towards the public and the prospects are facing away.

The front table with cover and 3 Door Board have been added.  The skirt does not go down all the way in the back, so things can be stowed away under the table.
