Evangelization is only ...

God does the actual Reaping, but often a person who is Planting and Watering is present to help with the prayer, etc.

Evangelization is ...

This allows for concentration for the Planting and Watering and leading a person to the Reaping.

Hands-on - Immediate Start
The reason why this is possible is simple.  80% of classroom preparation for soul winning is the first phase: getting the prospect in front of an open Bible.  In a soul winning booth at Public Events the prospect is asked 3 simple questions by a "Shift Leader".  When the last question is answered yes, the prospect is ready to sit and hear the Gospel.

The "Student Soul Winner" is already seated at at table and the prospect is placed in front of him.  Since the prospect has already said he wants to SEE what it takes to be Born Again, the Student Soul Winner opens the Bible and gets directly into the Gospel.

* No "ice breakers" to bring to remembrance
* No groping for a compliment
* No fear that the prospect might not want to listen
* No memorized scripts to remember

This is like sitting on the front pew in church waiting for the pastor to preach prospects down the aisle, so they can sit and start immediately in the plan of salvation.

No Experience required
Very little previous experience is needed.  God expects the most recent convert to be a witness for Him.  Almost 100% of the training can be devoted to the presentation of the Gospel.
